Ephemeroptera (Mayflies)

The order Ephemeroptera include the mayflies, and are hemimetabolous, meaning after hatching from eggs they develop from immature to adult through many stages of molting. Mayflies spend their immature stages as aquatic larvae, oftentimes in streams!
